Pecan Pie
2 cups Pecans
1 cup of brown rice syrup
2 tbsp of butter
1 tsp Vanilla
3 egg equivalents

Cream butter, vanilla, rice syrup, and eggs. Stir in pecans. Pour into Simply Nutty Pie crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees or until set. To make holiday pecan candy, simply add 2 tsp arrowroot powder to above recipe. Bake for 50 min at 350 degrees.

Simply Nutty Pie Crust

1 1/2 C Ground Pecans
1 c Rolled Oats
1/2 c melted butter

Mix all ingredients. Press into oiled pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Fill with pie filling of your choice.
