Chicken Pot Pie

This is from Works for Me: 5 ingredients or less edition. Today we are going to be doing Chicken/Turkey pot pie.

1 can or 2 c cooked chopped chicken (or turkey)
2 cans cream of mushroom
2 cans cream of chicken
2 cans (or 2 bags frozen) mixed veggies (I like vegall)
1 can of flaky layers Hungry Jack biscuits

Mix meat, soups and veggies in a bowl and mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Split biscuits in 1/2 placing on top of mix. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.

Thanks to my Mammaw, whom I miss dearly. Here is another one:

Mammaw's Chocolate Frosting
1 lb powdered sugar
3/4 c cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 stick of butter (real)
1 tsp vanilla

Melt butter, add sifted sugar, cocoa and salt. Add coffee until is is a spreading consistency, then add 1 tsp vanilla.

Here is one of my Mom's all time favorites:

Summer Gelatin Salad

1 large cool whip
1 large jello (orange)
1 lg can of pineapple, drained
1 lg can mandarin oranges, drained

Mix together ahead of time and refrigerate until congealed.

Orange Crush Ice Cream

1 two liter Bottle of Orange Crush
2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 cans evaporated milk

Combine Eagle Brand, evaporated milk mix well. Pour into ice cream freezer container. Slowly add Orange Crush. Make ice cream as usual. Enjoy!
