I am trying to catch up here. I will continue my 30 days of Joy, but as we speak, we are packing to leave. After 3-4 years of saying so, we are finally taking trip that we have wanted to. We are going on a historical tour through VA and DC. We will be gone for about 12 days. Unfortunately, my laptop is not fixed and therefore we have to blog when there is available access to computers. We are going to start off in Lexington, VA and visit Lee/Washington College (Robert E. Lee) and then go to the home of Stonewall Jackson. From there, we will go to Appomatox Court House and then proceed on for a couple of days to Richmond, VA. From there we will head to DC. So hopefully, you will be able to keep up with us on this great adventure!
