Raspberry Marnier Jelly
One of the things our family loves LOVES LOVES is Raspberry Marnier Jelly! We had seen it locally and tasted it. Couldn't get enough of it. Then we started sharing it and others had the same response. It has been crazy. You can also be very flexible and do it with Blueberry. People cannot get enough and beg for more! So I am sharing it with you today so that you guys can enjoy it as well!
1 1/2 quarts raspberries (or blueberries) (5 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
7 cups sugar
2 packages liquid pectin
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
Directions: 1 Place blueberries in large pot. 2 Add water and lemon juice. 3 Mash slightly. 4 Let stand 10 minutes. 5 Add sugar and mix well. 6 Place over high heat, being to full rolling boil and boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. 7 Remove from heat. 8 Stir in pectin and liqueur. 9 Stir and skim for 5 minutes.
Place in a water bath canner for 10 minutes. Let set overnight.

These fabulous babies are SO good and will absolutely make them again! They are wheat free and CAN BE Gluten free IF you use gluten free oats from Bob's Red Mill!

3 c chunky peanut butter
2 c brown sugar
2 c white sugar
1 c butter, soft
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp baking soda
6 eggs, large
2 tbsp vanilla
9 c oats
2 c chocolate chips
2 c m&m's
Mix butter, sugars & vanilla. Add eggs & peanut butter, Salt, soda. Add oats & chocolate. I spooned out onto cookie sheet with wax paper in an icecream scoop. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes (more like 10).
