I know this is a little late, but this is from my blog challenge from my yahoo group. A picture out my window. This was taken last Friday, out of my kitchen window. We have gotten "storms" with no rain. About 4 of them. There was thunder, wind and lightening, but no rain. Friday we had the thunder, wind, lightening and we got rain. To the point where I called my dh at work and said do you hear it? It only rained for about 20-30 minutes but exciting no less. We are under a severe drought and under severe water restrictions. Pretty much the whole Southeast is. It looks like we will get some much needed rain again tomorrow, YEAH!
