Sweet Potato bread with Whipped cinnamon butter

EVERY single time I put up a photo of this bread, people drool over it.  Even after they get the recipe, they love it...........so to cut down on the times I have to type this recipe out, I am going to put it here :)
I double this recipe by the way.

1 3/4 warm water (or the water from the cooked sweet potatoes)
1 1/3 c mashed sweet potatoes
6 tbsp butter
1/2 c sucanat or brown sugar

2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
7 c  (or more) hard white wheat or soft white or flour of your choice
1 1/2 tbsp yeast
1/4 c vital wheat gluten

Mix all ingredients BUT the yeast and 1/2 the flour.  Add yeast and the rest of the flour.  Mix until smooth.  Add flour until pulled away from the bowl..  This is a soft dough and if it's too soft it will fall (ask me how I know.) . I add more so it's not so soft and comes clean from the sides.  Mix for 6-8 minutes.  Let sit in bowl for one hour with towel over it.  Divide into loaves (should be about 2 per batch).  Let rise on warm oven for 1 hour.  Bake at 350 for 29 minutes.

Whipped Cinnamon butter

1 c butter, soft
1/3 c sweetened condensed milk, chilled
1/2 tsp corn syrup or light agave
3/4-1 tsp cinnamon to taste (I like a little more but it's up to you)
