Well, let's see what is going on in our home the last couple of days. Besides their regular school work, we are adding in some extra stuff. One thing my company just got in was this:

This is a DVD on John Bunyan (we already have Jim Elliot and William Tyndale). We are watching this and the documentary (on the DVD). We also found a free printable Teacher's guide and students guides that we printed off. We also found a free game that goes with it that is really, really cool.

We are also listening to these. We were given these by good friends of ours and they are wonderful.

We are also reading this. Why not? We are studying the Godly character of John Bunyan.

Today was art day for LOH. We had our regular school day, then our co-op. Took Mr. Athletic to get his allergy shots, paid for our Angel Food and went to the library for our ::gulp:: 5 of 28 books that we have reserved and received from online. We had a WONDERFUL library system in Alabama and we LOVED it. It was AWESOME!! Here, we are paying 3x MORE taxes, and everytime we go to the library, they don't ever have any of the books that we need. Another thing that BUGS me is that they don't have a drop box for movies or dvd's, citing financial problems, go figure! (but yet we are paying 3 x MORE taxes???!?!?) Luckily, recently the Georgia state library system has done a great service to people like us who demand a TON of books (like 28?!?) from the library system. They have an online system and all counties except for 2 of them are participating. So basically we can inter-library loan pretty much any library book we want and do it online. We came home, fixed dinner, I mean breakfast, lol. No since we got home late, we fixed, eggs, homemade biscuits, homemade turkey sausage and homemade freshly ground whole wheat bannana -oatmeal muffins. I was also able to talk to my best friend in Alabama for a while before we go on vacation, so it was a good thing!!
