We have tried many times a Recipe from Bread Beckers for Tortillas, but I just couldn't get it to do right. I was blessed to find this recipe. Great Tortillas, ALL the time!

Whole Wheat Tortillas

1 1/2 c warm water
1/4 cup olive oil
3 c hard white (or freshly milled flour)
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp lecithin
1/2 tsp baking powder

Mix water and oil. Add lecithin, flour, baking powder and salt last. Mix well for 5 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes and scoop out in a ice cream scoop onto press.
